At Unique Medicare (Wholesale Chemist), we are committed to supplying genuine pharmaceutical products strictly for wholesale trade. This Refund & Return Policy clearly outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may or may not be accepted.
This policy is designed to protect the integrity of our supply chain and ensure compliance with drug safety regulations.


1. No Refund Policy

Unique Medicare maintains a strict No Refund Policy on all orders once they are placed through our app or website.

  • No refund will be issued for change of mind, incorrect selection, surplus stock, or buyer’s internal errors.

  • No refund will be provided in cases of delayed pickup, delayed delivery, or non-utilization of the product by the buyer.


2. No Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products and strict storage/handling guidelines, Unique Medicare does NOT accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Wrong product ordered by the buyer

  • Excess quantity ordered

  • Buyer deciding not to keep the product

  • Packaging preferences or aesthetic issues

  • Expiry concerns arising after delivery

All products once dispatched/delivered are deemed final sale.


3. Replacement Policy (Strictly Limited & Discretionary)

Replacements are provided only in rare cases and solely at the discretion of Unique Medicare, not as a buyer entitlement.

Replacement may be considered ONLY if:

  • The product delivered is proven to be different from what was invoiced (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery, and such damage is reported immediately with clear photographic/video proof and unbroken packaging seal.

Unique Medicare reserves the right to accept or reject any replacement request without providing justification.
The decision of Unique Medicare will be final and binding.


4. Products Not Eligible for Replacement

Under no circumstances will replacements be allowed for:

  • Temperature-sensitive medicines

  • Cold-chain products

  • Injections, syringes, drops, and opened bottles

  • Products with tampered seals

  • Products claimed as damaged after delivery confirmation

  • Items purchased under discount, deals, or promotional offers


5. Order Cancellation

  • Buyers cannot cancel any order once it is placed and confirmed.

  • Unique Medicare reserves the sole right to cancel an order due to internal factors such as inventory mismatch, compliance requirements, or regulatory concerns.

  • In case Unique Medicare cancels an order, any paid amount may be adjusted or refunded entirely at our discretion.


6. Liability Limitation

Unique Medicare will not be responsible for:

  • Buyer’s incorrect storage leading to damage

  • Losses caused by improper handling after delivery

  • Resale issues faced by the buyer

  • Product performance after it leaves our warehouse

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product supplied, if accepted by us for review.


7. Proof & Documentation Requirements

Any complaint needs to be filed within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Product photos/videos

  • Invoice copy

  • Packaging condition proof

Complaints without complete documentation will be automatically rejected.


8. Policy Applicability

This Refund & Return Policy is applicable from the official launch of the Unique Medicare app/website and applies to all customers, buyers, distributors, and partners.

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms mentioned above.


9. Policy Amendments

Unique Medicare reserves the full right to modify, update, or revise this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
