Payment Policy

This Payment Policy governs all payment-related transactions made through the website and/or mobile application of Unique Medicare, a licensed wholesale medicine distributor. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to comply with and be bound by this Payment Policy.

Accepted Payment Methods

Unique Medicare may accept one or more of the following payment methods, subject to availability:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

  • UPI and QR-based payments

  • Credit / Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where expressly permitted

Unique Medicare reserves the absolute right to add, remove, or restrict payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Advance & Confirmation of Orders

All orders are subject to payment verification and confirmation. Unique Medicare reserves the right to require full or partial advance payment before processing or dispatching any order. Orders shall be deemed confirmed only after successful receipt and verification of payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD facility, if offered, is provided entirely at the discretion of Unique Medicare and may be restricted based on buyer history, order value, location, or other internal criteria. Unique Medicare reserves the right to withdraw COD access at any time without assigning any reason.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and statutory charges shall be levied as per prevailing laws. Unique Medicare shall not be responsible for any pricing errors and reserves the right to correct such errors at any time.

Failed, Delayed, or Disputed Payments

Unique Medicare shall not be responsible for payment failures, delays, or errors caused by:

  • Banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers

  • Technical issues, network failures, or system downtime

  • Incorrect payment details provided by the buyer

In such cases, order processing may be delayed or canceled at the sole discretion of Unique Medicare.

Non-Payment & Default

In the event of non-payment, partial payment, or payment reversal, Unique Medicare reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or withhold order dispatch

  • Suspend or terminate buyer accounts

  • Recover outstanding dues through lawful means

Any additional costs incurred due to non-payment shall be borne by the buyer.

Refunds & Adjustments

Payments once made are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any approved refund or adjustment shall be processed as per Unique Medicare’s internal procedures and timelines.

Security of Transactions

Unique Medicare takes reasonable measures to facilitate secure payment processing. However, Unique Medicare shall not be liable for any loss, unauthorized transactions, or data breaches occurring at the level of banks or third-party payment gateways.

Right to Modify Policy

Unique Medicare reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or application constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
