Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed with Unique Medicare, a licensed wholesale medicine distributor. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to be bound by the terms stated herein.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation requests may be considered only before dispatch of the order and solely at the discretion of Unique Medicare. Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or handed over to a transporter or courier, cancellation shall not be permitted under any circumstances.
Unique Medicare reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:
Non-payment or partial payment
Incorrect or incomplete buyer information
Unavailability of stock
Regulatory or compliance issues
Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized activity
Refund Policy
All payments made to Unique Medicare are non-refundable, except in cases expressly approved by Unique Medicare in writing. Refunds, if approved, shall be processed strictly in accordance with this policy and Unique Medicare’s internal procedures.
Approved refunds, if any, shall be:
Issued only to the original mode of payment
Processed within a reasonable time frame, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines
Limited strictly to the amount received by Unique Medicare, excluding any third-party charges, taxes, or transaction fees
No Refund Circumstances
Refunds shall not be provided under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind by the buyer
Incorrect order placement by the buyer
Delay caused by courier, transporter, or force majeure events
Product usage, resale, or tampering after delivery
Buyer’s failure to comply with storage or handling requirements
Wholesale Nature of Business
As a wholesale medicine distributor, Unique Medicare supplies products strictly for business and institutional use. Buyers acknowledge that wholesale pharmaceutical transactions are final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the buyer without first contacting Unique Medicare may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of the buyer account
Recovery actions for outstanding dues
Blacklisting of the buyer from future transactions
Limitation of Liability
Unique Medicare’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product supplied. Under no circumstances shall Unique Medicare be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Right to Modify Policy
Unique Medicare reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or application constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
