Return & Replacement Policy

This Return & Replacement Policy governs all transactions made with Unique Medicare, a licensed wholesale medicine distributor. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to comply with and be bound by this policy.

No General Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products and applicable regulatory requirements, Unique Medicare does not accept returns of medicines once they have been dispatched or delivered, except in cases expressly approved by Unique Medicare in writing.

Eligible Cases for Replacement (Discretionary)

Replacement requests may be considered solely at the discretion of Unique Medicare and only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Products received in physically damaged condition at the time of delivery

  • Incorrect product supplied due to a dispatch error by Unique Medicare

  • Products found to be expired at the time of delivery

All such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographic or video evidence and supporting documentation.

Inspection & Verification

All replacement requests are subject to inspection and verification by Unique Medicare. Unique Medicare reserves the right to reject any request if:

  • Evidence is insufficient or unverifiable

  • Product has been opened, used, altered, or tampered with

  • Storage or handling instructions were not followed by the buyer

  • The issue arose due to transit delays or third-party courier handling

Replacement Terms

If a replacement is approved:

  • Replacement shall be provided only for the same product or an equivalent product, subject to availability

  • No cash refund shall be issued

  • Dispatch of replacement shall occur after return (if required) and verification of the original product

All logistics, handling, and transportation arrangements shall be governed by Unique Medicare’s internal procedures.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or return shall not be accepted in the following cases, including but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by the buyer

  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product integrity

  • Delay caused by courier, transporter, or force majeure events

Wholesale Responsibility

As a wholesale distributor, Unique Medicare supplies medicines for resale or institutional use. Buyers are responsible for inspection of goods at the time of delivery and for compliance with all applicable storage and regulatory requirements thereafter.

Limitation of Liability

Unique Medicare’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the replacement of the product supplied. Under no circumstances shall Unique Medicare be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Right to Modify Policy

Unique Medicare reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Return & Replacement Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or application constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
