Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Unique Medicare, a licensed wholesale medicine distributor. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this policy.

Mode of Shipping

Orders may be shipped through third-party transporters, courier services, or logistics partners as selected by Unique Medicare. The choice of shipping method, courier, and route shall be at the sole discretion of Unique Medicare.

Dispatch Timeline

Dispatch timelines provided on the website or communicated to the buyer are approximate estimates only. Unique Medicare does not guarantee delivery timelines and shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the transporter or courier, risk and responsibility for the shipment shall pass to the buyer. Unique Medicare shall not be responsible for loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery caused during transit by third-party service providers.

Inspection at Delivery

Buyers are advised to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported immediately at the time of delivery and documented with the transporter or courier. Failure to do so may result in rejection of claims.

Delivery Delays

Unique Medicare shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier or transporter issues

  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events

  • Regulatory checks or governmental actions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the buyer

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Unique Medicare. Such charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Partial & Split Deliveries

Unique Medicare reserves the right to ship orders in partial or split consignments based on stock availability, logistics, or operational requirements. Each consignment shall be treated as part of the same order.

Non-Delivery & Re-Delivery

In cases where delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the buyer, or refusal to accept delivery, Unique Medicare reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order without refund

  • Recover additional shipping or handling costs from the buyer

  • Blacklist the buyer from future transactions

Wholesale & Regulatory Compliance

As a wholesale distributor, Unique Medicare ships products strictly to authorized buyers. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to receipt, storage, and resale of medicines.

Limitation of Liability

Unique Medicare’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to dispatching the products as per order confirmation. Under no circumstances shall Unique Medicare be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping or delivery.

Right to Modify Policy

Unique Medicare reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or application constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
