By accessing, browsing, registering, or using our website, mobile application, or any services provided by UNIQUE MEDICARE, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). 1. ABOUT UNIQUE MEDICARE

UNIQUE MEDICARE is a licensed Wholesale Medicine Distributor, operating in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
All services are intended only for authorized buyers, such as registered pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, doctors, institutions, or other entities legally permitted to purchase medicines in wholesale.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• Services are not available to the general public.

• Only buyers with valid drug licenses and legal authorization may register.

• UNIQUE MEDICARE reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account without providing a reason.

• Submission of documents does not guarantee approval.

3. VERIFICATION & BUYER APPROVAL

• All buyer registrations are subject to manual verification.

• UNIQUE MEDICARE may request additional documents at any time.

• Access to pricing, ordering, or stock information may remain restricted until approval.

4. PRODUCTS & INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

• Product images, descriptions, compositions, packaging, and pricing are indicative and subject to change without notice.

• Availability of medicines depends on stock, batch, expiry, and regulatory factors.

• UNIQUE MEDICARE does not guarantee continuous availability of any product.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

• Placing an order does not mean acceptance.

• UNIQUE MEDICARE reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or modify any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Refuse service at its sole discretion

• Orders may be cancelled due to stock issues, regulatory reasons, pricing errors, or compliance requirements.

6. PRICING & PAYMENTS

• UNIQUE MEDICARE is not responsible for payment gateway failures, banking delays, or third-party service issues.

• Orders may be withheld until full payment is received and verified.

7. NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS

• All sales are final, unless explicitly stated in writing by UNIQUE MEDICARE.

• No return, refund, or replacement is guaranteed.

• Medicines once dispatched or delivered cannot be returned due to regulatory and safety reasons.

• UNIQUE MEDICARE bears no obligation to accept returns under any circumstance.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Delivery timelines are approximate.

• Delays due to courier, weather, regulatory checks, strikes, or unforeseen events are not the responsibility of UNIQUE MEDICARE.

• Risk of loss may transfer as per dispatch terms.

9. MEDICAL & PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

• Liability, if any, shall never exceed the invoice value of the specific order.

11. WEBSITE & TECHNICAL AVAILABILITY

15. FORCE MAJEURE

UNIQUE MEDICARE shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

• UNIQUE MEDICARE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of the website/app constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
